I spoke with Reese about the Reese Goose Box 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Air Ride Coupler Adapter part # RP85FR and they informed me that you should not have to release any air from the bag to release the hitch ball. Based on what you're describing it sounds like hyperflashing and errors related to LED lights. If you added an LED light along with the # PP20-702 it would explain that behavior. What assemblies did you have in the hubs originally and what did you replace them with? Were the brakes you installed self adjusting or manual adjusting? Did you happen to install any new wiring that may have been a lighter gauge than 10?

Thank you for the photo of your TrailAir pin box's rubber air spring. The shape/position of the bag are not necessarily an issue.
Just in case I do suggest that you check that your air bag is inflated to the correct pressure. There is a simple way to determine the correct pressure. For your 2017 Ford F-350 I recommend checking your ground wires first. Often times a loose, or corroded ground connection is the source of trouble. Check for corrosion in the connector where the bulbs connect back into the harness, also check to make sure the bulbs are not bad either. There unfortunately isn't a guide to tell us what slide out motor was used in your motorhome so you'll have to get to the motor and get a picture of it's serial numbers so that we can determine the correct replacement. First you will want to check for the 30 amp maxi fuse located in position 28 of the power distribution box located under the hood of your 1999 Ford F-350 Super Duty. The box is located near the brake master cylinder on the drivers side. If it is missing or damaged replace with another 30 amp maxi fuse.
That should get you power so that you can use the Plug-In Wiring Adapter # 3035-P with your Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller # 90195.

I reached out to my contact at Lippert who makes the hydraulic leveling unit on your 2014 Heartland Big Horn. They send the unit to the manufacturer with a 50 amp auto-reset circuit breaker. The manufacturer installs the wire, etc, so the gauge of wire may not be large enough for the system depending on the run, but that auto-reset breaker will also wear down with use and trip more easily as time goes on. There is going to be a bit of movement with the kingpin inside of the locking jaws on the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # BWRVK3370 as it does need to rotate while turning but there aren't any adjustments for this. That said, the B&W Companion is not really known for this therefore the issue you have could be in regards to the brake controller settings. I recommend you increase the braking gain on the controller which can help prevent the trailer from chucking.

I recommend checking your fuses on your motorhome first. If your fuses are good, then use a circuit tester like # PTW2992 to test the wiring. I recommend checking right behind the 7-way first as sometimes that connection goes bad or the inside of the trailer connector itself. It sounds like you have a bad connection or connections on your Lippert Ground Control 3.0 # LC675817 system. It sounds like you've seen some of the codes and gone through some of the troubleshooting process aside from the connections and wiring so that's where you'll want to start. You can verify that the issue is electrical if you pop the plug off the top of each jack and you're able to manually extend and retract each jack just fine.

Trailer sway with a fifth wheel trailer is a lot more unusual than with a bumper pull trailer. I would suspect you actually have a broken suspension component that is allowing the movement to create the sway. I would recommend going over the suspension looking for anything damaged and replace as needed.

The Mighty Cord 5th Wheel Gooseneck Adapter part # A10-7007 that you referenced is a fit for the 2022 Ford F-350. Most likely the problem is on the boat trailer wiring connector and is just some corrosion on the pins of the trailer's 7-way. The problem would not be the Mighty Cord. Typically taking some sandpaper to the pins to clean them off fixes the problem. Trailer brake controllers that are to be used with a trailer that has electric-over-hydraulic (EOH) disc brakes must have that particular operating mode selected. Not all brake controllers work with EOH set-ups; many work only with electric drum brakes. First I would double check that your Lippert Ground Control 3.0 # LC675817 controller is not in manual mode. The rear jacks can be operated in manual mode by selecting them but the middle jacks only work in auto-level mode.
When I reached out to my contact at Lippert about this he said this is the issue 9 out of 10 times.
